Elaine Aron has a great book on this topic. if you, or anyone you know, is sensitive by nature, this is well worth the read.

Note: just imagining a virtual rose with a stem in front of you will mark the "edge" of your energy field.

You may have done Mindfulness Meditation and found it helpful.
Many people struggle with meditation but find hypnosis is much easier.
I include this information here because I see that a lot of clients can be critical and hard on themselves, especially if going through medical or other situations.
In general, being kinder, more gentle and compassionate with yourself is helpful.
When we are upset or stressed, the we can create relief in the moment, the better.
If you have tried meditation before and not liked it, you may find this approach is easier and more accessible.

This book has the information on how to determine personality"type" using birthdate.
It isn't astrology - it is a different system.
Part of why I like it is that it correlates fairly closely with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
The general principle is that it is human nature to "fill in" the missing areas of our wheel.
So, if you find you are highly analytical and do not have the numbers 4 or 9 in your birthdate (the "19" in 1965 are not used),
it is because your nature want to gain mastery in the areas where you have low numbers or no numbers.
The Code, Johanna Paungger and Thomas Poppe
If you are interested in learning more about personality types, you might find the information on The Big 5 helpful.
In relation to The Code, there is a lot of cross-over between the five types, so I don't see a direct way to link the two systems.
But the information is interesting.
Also, Carol Tuttle's system only has four types, but she explains the types well.
In reference to The Code, her Type 1 is North, her Type 2 is East, her Type 3 if South, and her Type 4 is West.
In Carol's system, it is less about balancing the "wheel" that The Code talks about,
and more about supporting your nature through understanding yourself better.
I am not a nutritionist, but on the recommendation of colleagues, I have found some of the information in Anthony William's books thought-provoking and helpful.
Life Changing Foods and Thyroid Healing are two of the books that might be of interest.
NO FOLIC ACID!
This website has quite a bit of information and online training on the topic of MTHFR, health and fertility.
Folic acid is the synthetic version of folate.
Folic acid should be avoided in both supplements and in foods that have had folic acid added.
Folic acid can cause infertility and miscarriage.
Folate or 5-MTHFR folate or methytetrahydrofolate is what you should be getting in your supplement.

Positive Hypnosis Suggestions
Hypnosis works best with positive suggestions and images.
Once you are in a better state, your mind is more open to receiving a positive idea.
The following are lists of positive affirmations that you might find helpful.
You can use these in many different ways - to repeat to yourself aloud or in your mind.
You can write them out in your journal.
Or, you can create a recording (use the microphone/recording app on your phone)
in which you listen to your favourites in your own voice.
The most important thing when it comes these positive statements
is that they make sense to you and you like them.
Feel free to make changes that suit you.
